1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReserveNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
ReserveNova is a B2B SaaS platform providing AI-powered booking and guest communication services for hospitality businesses. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
ReserveNova and its underlying technology remain the property of ReserveNova. You retain ownership of your business data and guest conversation content.
5. Limitation of Liability
ReserveNova is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
